Oggi vi parlerò di un meraviglioso libro, che amo molto e che non mi stanco mai di leggere.
Il protagonista è Marmaduke, un simpatico drago "diverso" da tutti gli altri. Lui è arancione, gli altri sono viola, ha delle orecchie enormi, mentre quelle degli altri draghi sono piccine, ma soprattutto non ama volare, a causa delle sue ali di cui si vergogna molto.
Vorrebbe tanto poter proteggere una principessa, ma nessuno lo vuole e lui è immensamente triste di ciò.
Ma, da qualche parte, in un posto lontano vive una principessa dalle caratteristiche particolari: ama vestiti strani ma soprattutto... ballare! Ed è proprio ballando che si perde in un'immenso bosco e chiede aiuto. Marmaduke arriva immediatamente e la porta via da questo luogo così spaventoso... CORRENDO! Eh sì, perché, come detto prima, non ama volare. Ma riuscirà la dolcezza e l'amicizia di questa insolita principessa a fargli cambiare idea e finalmente prendere il volo?
Una storia profonda a toccante, cui temi principali sono l'amicizia e il "diverso". Ricordate bene: diverso non è sinonimo di "meno" o "peggiore", quindi non abbiate mai paure di essere voi stessi!
